Welcome to A Cut Above Family Butcher! My name is Daniel, and I am proud to be a butcher and the owner, serving our wonderful community since we opened in December 2013. My journey began much earlier, though. At 15, I left school and started my apprenticeship right here in the same location where A Cut Above now stands. It’s been 28 years since I first stepped into the world of butchery, and I’ve never looked back.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for the craft & love for my community. My goal has always been to provide the highest quality meats while building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. At A Cut Above, we believe in more than just selling meat– we’re here to be a part of your family’s story.
