This Bonza bunless burger is what the two-time world champion Steve Moxon eats for lunch or dinner when cutting before a competition. Our Bonza burgers won 2nd in Australia in 2016 at the AMIC Sausage king competition.
2 Bonza Burgers
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 4 mins either side. Next cook eggs and then mushroom.
Assemble on top of lettuce leaves.
