Bonza Bunless Burger – Steve Moxon

This Bonza bunless burger is what the two-time world champion Steve Moxon eats for lunch or dinner when cutting before a competition. Our Bonza burgers won 2nd in Australia in 2016 at the AMIC Sausage king competition.

Ingredients

2 Bonza Burgers
Iceburg Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Sliced Onion
Sliced Mushroom
Sliced Beetroot
1 Egg

Cooking Method

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 4 mins either side. Next cook eggs and then mushroom.
Assemble on top of lettuce leaves.

*Bonza Burgers contain a lean beef mince with carrot, red onion, cheese and beetroot.
