One simple recipe can be the start of so many great dishes. From tacos to sliders or pie filing, pulled pork has endless options.
- 1.5kg Pork scotch marinated
- 1/4 cup stock
- 1 cup BBQ sauce of choice
Add your pork scotch into slow cooker along with the stock.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Once cooked, remove the meat from the slow cooker and place onto a chopping board. Use two forks to start shredding the meat apart.
If there is a lot of liquid in the slow cooker pour some out into a separate bowl.
Add your meat and BBQ sauce back into the slow cooker and stir. If it needs more liquid spoon small amounts of the cooking juicing back in until desired consistency.
Add to any recipe of choice!
