Beef short ribs are best enjoyed when slow cooked. Then to finish them off in the pan or on the BBQ to crisp up. All our beef is Australian and grass fed yearling, coming from our local herds.

If cooking them in the oven, cook for 3 to 3.5 hrs at 140 degrees covered. Then uncover and turn oven up to 180 for about half an hour. That will get them crisp and they should be falling off the bone.
