Corned Silverside

We use 100% Australian grass fed beef and only prime cuts of eye silverside go into our corned silverside. Best when simmered with a variety of fresh garden herbs and vegetables on low heat. Served your corned silverside with a white mustard sauce. Allow approximately 250-300g per serve.

 

How To Cook 

Open Me

Add you silverside to a large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil and remove any foam at the surface of the water.
Once boiling reduce to a simmer. Additional option – Add aromatics such as a bay leaf, brown sugar, onion and cloves. Then add chunks of carrot, celery and onion to flavour the beef delicately.
Simmer for one hour per kilogram of meat.
