All our Osso Bucco comes from 100% Australian grass fed beef. Osso Bucco is a cut that comes from the cows leg, it is a fantastic cut of beef as it is full of flavour. Having the marrow still in the meat gives your stew or soup a very rich and deep flavour. It is best cooked low and slow, so perfect for stews or soups.
