Rolled Pork Loin – with stuffing
Rolled Pork Loin is a boneless cut of meat coming from the animals back. The pork loin is mild in flavour but is the most tender and lean part of the pig. This cut of meat is perfect for roasting, however if overcooked can be dry. For serving sizes we recommend approximately 250-300g per person.
Please Note – Christmas stuffing’s will not be available until mid December.
Temp – Pre heat oven to 200º Fan forced.
Make sure crackle is dry, pat dry with paper towel if needed. then add salt and oil.
Cook roast at 200 for 20-30 minutes or until rind crackles. Then reduce heat to 180 and cook for 45 minutes hour per kg.
Remove from oven and rest for 10 – 15 mins covered with foil. Then carve and serve
