Easy Carve Lamb Roast
A lean and juicy strung piece of lamb. Rolled boneless allows for ease in carving. A 1kg piece will feed 3-4 people.
As a guide, allow approximately 1 hour per kilo cooking time for a medium-rare result.
Please note stuffing will not be available until mid December.
Temp – Pre heat oven temperature to 180 fan forced.
Time per 500g
rare – 20-25 mins
medium – 25-30 mins
well done – 30-35 mins
Remove from oven and rest for 10 – 15 minute. Then carve and serve
