The Lamb Leg is a traditional Sunday roast. Best cooked with an aromatic blend of fresh garden herbs and olive oil. A 1.5kg roast will feed approximately 5 people.

Temp – Pre heat oven temperature to 180 fan forced.
Time per 500g
rare – 20-25 mins
medium – 25-30 mins
well done – 30-35 mins
Remove from oven and rest for 10 – 15 minutes. Then carve and serve
