Bells Double Shot

Bells Double Shot is locally made in Torquay by Coast ‘n’ Smoke.

This rub is perfect for the longer slower cooks. It is bold with its earthy and chocolatey flavours. The addition of coffee to the mix accentuates the flavour of the meat. The grounds caramelise making a sweet and savoury bark that seals in those precious flavours and juices.

Just coat your protein in olive oil and shake Bells Double Shot generously over the entire piece. Let the rub rest while the grill heats up, or overnight.

It’s perfectly suited for steak, brisket, beef ribs or and lamb.
