Boneless Rolled Pork Shoulder Roast

A boneless piece of tender & juicy pork shoulder rolled, netted and strung. This pork roast has a larger fat content in comparison to the pork leg, making it more tender. The shoulder also boasts a better, thicker pork crackle.


Temp – Pre heat oven to 200º Fan forced.
Make sure crackle is dry, pat dry with paper towel if needed. then add salt and oil.
Cook roast at 200 for 20-30 minutes or until rind crackles. Then reduce heat to 180 and cook for 1 hour per kg.
Remove from oven and rest for 10 – 15 minutes covered with foil. Then carve and serve
