Sticky Beef Ribs

Tender, sticky beef ribs done in the oven! No fancy equipment is needed. The perfect thing to cook up on a Sunday afternoon.

Ingredients

1.5kg Beef rib rack

1/2 cup coast n smoke Winki Pop seasoning

1 Bottle Sweet baby ray’s hickory & brown sugar BBQ sauce

Crunchy slaw to serve

Cooking Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees
  2. Cover rack with coast n smoke seasoning, make sure all sides are coated. Let marinade in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours or overnight if you have the time.
  3. In an oven proof dish that will fit your rack, place a generous layer of the sweet baby ray’s BBQ sauce and sit your rack on top. Use the rest of the bottle to cover your rack entirely. Cover with foil and let cook for 3.5 hours.
  4. remove the foil and baste your rack in the sauce and cook for a further 30 minutes uncovered.
  5. Once done, cut between each rib and cover in the sticky BBQ sauce.
  6. Serve with crunchy saw or thick cut chips and enjoy!
