Topside Roast
We use 100% Australian grass fed beef. The Topside Roast is a lean hindquarter cut. The most common of the beef roasts, this roast is extremely lean with only a fine layer of fat on the top. Allow approximately 250-300g per serve. Cooking time for this cut is roughly 1 hour per kilogram of meat.
How To Cook

Temp – Pre heat oven temperature to 180 fan forced.
Time
Rare – 30 mins per kg
Medium rare – 40 mins per kg
Medium – 50 mins per kg
Well done – 60 mins per kg
Remove from oven and rest for 10 – 15 minutes. Then carve and serve
