Due to weight variations all ham and turkey items will be deposit only. The balance will need to be paid on pickup/delivery. Or if underweight a refund of balance will be issued.
EG – If you order and pay for 3kg, due to stock we may only have 3.3kg. You will need to pay the 300g difference upon collection.

The Turkey Buffet is the succulent breast meat left on the bone. This may be an easier option when cooking turkey for Christmas.
Sizes for the Turkey Buffets range from Size 30 (∼ 3kg) up to size 50 (∼ 5kg).
